Description
We are seeking an instructional designer to develop and implement effective learning programs and materials aligned with organizational objectives. This role involves designing curriculum, creating engaging content, and leveraging instructional technologies to drive employee development and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify training needs and design effective solutions.
+ Develop and update instructional materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, manuals, and other resources.
+ Utilize instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s taxonomy to create impactful learning experiences.
+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in instructional design.
+ Leverage e-learning tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or Adobe Creative Suite, to design digital learning materials.
+ Conduct needs assessments, evaluate existing training programs, and deliver recommendations for improvement.
+ Use analytics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven adjustments.
+ Manage ongoing learning initiatives and support skills development within the organization.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational standards and any regulatory requirements related to instructional content.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
+ 2-5 years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning.
+ Proficiency in instructional technologies and learning management systems (LMS).
+ Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
+ Familiarity with virtual training tools and learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
