Senior UX Designer (Contract – Remote)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 3–6 months (potential for extension or contract-to-hire)

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Overview

We’re seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead end-to-end digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing user-centered products, building wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into intuitive designs.

Responsibilities

+ Lead UX design across web and mobile products, from discovery to final delivery

+ Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

+ Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed UI specifications

+ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency

+ Maintain and evolve design systems and UX standards

+ Analyze user behavior and metrics to continuously optimize experiences

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 5+ years of UX/UI design experience

+ Strong portfolio demonstrating complex, user-centered design solutions

+ Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing

+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills

+ Familiarity with accessibility standards (ADA/ WCAG)

Technical Skills

+ Required: Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite

+ Preferred: HTML/CSS, InVision, Miro
