What You’ll Do:
As an EPPG Planner, you’ll play a key role in coordinating the procurement of experimental parts used in feasibility and durability builds. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Supply Management, and Experimental Shop teams to ensure the right materials and quantities are ordered, delivered, and received on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing part requests through a shared work queue to support experimental operations
- Creating and maintaining material records (Material Masters, Extend Views) in SAP
- Performing material movements and tracking inventory flow
- Communicating with internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of parts
- Analyzing data and utilizing Excel to maintain accuracy and efficiency in tracking materials

Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and other common formulas)
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Experience or familiarity with SAP, Tableau, or Power BI
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or Mathematics preferred
