    **Job Title:** Feed Mill Technician C

    **Starting Pay:** $21.50

    **Shift:** 2nd

    **Reporting to:** Feed Mill Manager

    **Department/Location of Position:** Centralia MO

     

    JBS Live Pork Centralia is looking for a full time Feed Mill Production Technician.

    Essential Responsibilities** **:

    + Run multiple pieces of equipment, i.e. grinders, batching scales, mixers, feed cleaners, pellet mills, coolers. Samples and receives ingredients by truck and monitors ingredients inventory levels.

    + Manufacture feeds to ensure that they meet specifications and food safety requirements.

    + Schedule production based on priorities and customer demands.

    + Keep accurate, legible records.

    + Perform housekeeping tasks, maintain a clean workplace.

    Required** **Qualifications** **:

    + Local to Centralia MO area

    + Regular and reliable transportation

    + Basic math & computer skills.

    + Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

    + Ability to safely lift 50 pounds.

    + Attention to detail.

    + Ability to clean and organize work areas.

    + Interpersonal skills for working with other employees.

    + Available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Prior experience in feed milling or industrial manufacturing work.

    + Ideal candidates should have above average skills in teamwork, decision making, taking responsibility, and integrity
