    We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Parts Department team. If you’re organized, reliable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    + Receive, ship, and deliver parts accurately and efficiently

    + Provide outstanding customer service to retail, service, and wholesale clients

    + Organize and maintain the parts inventory — stock shelves, label bins, and track locations

    + Keep detailed records of deliveries, returns, and funds

    + Assist with inventory audits and annual physical inventory

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and delivery vehicle

    + Work collaboratively with technicians and team members to ensure smooth operations

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience in an automotive dealership or parts department a plus

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Team player with excellent communication and multitasking abilities

    + Comfortable using computers and inventory systems

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
