    What You Will Do

     

    + Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive in the service drive.

    + Write up express service and maintenance repair orders.

    + Communicate clearly with customers about recommended services and wait times.

    + Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of express service work.

    + Review completed work with customers and ensure satisfaction before vehicle delivery.

    + Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.

    + Provide exceptional service and uphold Hyundai and Lithia & Driveway standards.

    Qualifications

    + Previous experience in a dealership or service advisor role preferred but not required.

    + Strong communication and customer service skills.

    + Professional appearance and positive attitude.

    + Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

    + Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.

    + Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
