Senior Leasing Analyst
Pay Rate:
$85,000 - $110,000
_Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._

The Job You Will Perform:
The senior lease analyst role will be primarily responsible for managing the life cycle of leased equipment for the containerboard business through collaborating with stakeholders on continuous improvement projects, oversight of team projects, and final approval of lease schedules. The successful candidate will also be responsible for serving as a senior advisor in other areas covered by the Lease Administration team, by acting as a first line of escalation for other analysts on the team and managing oversight and project tasks delegated by the Leasing Manager. Responsibilities include:
+ Prepare pricing requests (RFPs) to secure pricing for new and used leased equipment to ensure best lease cost and pricing
+ Manage lessor and vendor relationships
+ Manage lease approval workflow and process to ensure proper DOA compliance
+ Understand full leasing process and workflow through accounting posting
+ Managing commitments and issue order authorizations
+ Review and approve or remove lessors from the active lessor pool
+ Manage master lease agreements (MLAs)
+ Assess the status and maturity of leasing portfolio
+ Conduct annual reviews of the vehicle program in conjunction with team members
+ Review, revise and update policies and procedures as needed
+ Train and assist other lease analysts as needed
+ Work on various process improvement initiatives as needed
+ Develop, maintain and rollout training materials to all users and stakeholders to ensure adherence to company policy and procedures
The Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge You Will Bring:
+ 5 years+ of accounting experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other Finance related degree
+ Accounting system experience (preference to SAP), excel experience using intermediate to advanced functions, and the ability to analyze large datasets are strongly preferred
+ Detailed Oriented
+ Time management/ Planning and Organization skills
+ Strong written and oral communication skills
+ Demonstrated project management skills
+ Dealing with Ambiguity
+ Problem Solving
+ Business Acumen/Organization Agility
