Job Details
The Onboarding specialist will provide step-by-step guidance and support for practice acquisition and new hires to navigate the onboarding and off-boarding process to ensure a smooth transitions for all parties.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop the specific onboarding schedule of events for direct hires and practice acquisitions for all phases of the implementation process.
+ Manage the day-to-day aspects of the onboarding process as it relates and work with the respective parties to ensure we are staying on schedule to: Revenue cycle, HR, Marketing, IT, HIM, Quality and Supply Chain.
+ Manage off-boarding of practices who will not be renewing contracts for Implement reporting processes developed by onboarding director to ensure sufficient communication and transparency in the onboarding process
PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES:
+ Measure onboarding satisfaction with providers through post—go live survey
+ Improve the CAO and provider satisfaction ratings each year
+ Completion of assigned onboarding tasks prior to physician practice go-live
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor Degree Preferred.
Skills:
+ Ability to communicate clearly with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and administrative teams.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with several departments.
+ Ability to provide exceptional service to new hires, addressing their needs and questions as they join the organization.
+ Accuracy is critical when handling medical credentials, documents, and regulatory compliance.
+ Ability to address issues or delays during the onboarding process and find effective solutions
Experience:
+ 5 years of relevant experience required; preferably in a clinical or administrative role
+ Experience working with onboarding processes or managing new hires, particularly in healthcare environments is a plus
Salary Range
USD $35.00 - USD $41.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
