Now Hiring: Patient Registration Representative
Are you passionate about helping people during life’s most important moments? As a Patient Registration Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable connection between our patients and their elective procedures. From first contact to pre-surgical testing, your support will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information for elective procedures
+ Schedule appointments using Cadence
+ Manage endoscopy/colonoscopy schedules and create cases in Optesia
+ Maintain pain management schedules as needed
+ Register patients for pre-surgical testing
+ Post payments and handle cash posting
+ Perform document scanning and record maintenance
What You’ll Need:
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Typing skills of 40–60 wpm
+ Alpha-numeric data entry at 5000 keystrokes/hour
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
