Job Desccription:

Core Responsibilities:

+ + Process Optimization:

+ Perform and improve journal entry procedures (transactional, subscription, ancillary revenue)

+ Support cash log, DBL (RCI points), and tax reporting processes

+ Conduct reconciliations and error reporting

+ Provide audit support (external, internal, statutory, tax)

+ Collaborate on testing for new products/processes

+ Data Management & Integration

+ Collect and integrate data into Snowflake

+ Maintain mapping tables in Snowflake

+ Automate workflows using SQL

+ Reporting & Visualization

+ Develop and enhance PowerBI dashboards

+ Advance Snowflake-to-PowerBI reporting capabilities

+ Financial Modeling

+ Use Advanced Excel for modeling and analysis

+ Cross-Functional Collaboration

+ Act as a liaison between:

+ Finance and IT

+ Finance and Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, Marketing

+ North America Finance and regional Finance teams

+ Change Management & Communication

+ Drive digital transformation and reporting improvements

+ Clearly explain complex processes to end users

Key Candidate Requirements

Experience & Background

+ Minimum 5 years of combined experience in:

+ Data analytics (core requirement)

+ Finance/accounting (preferred)

+ Data science (preferred)

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in:

+ SQL (especially within Snowflake)

+ PowerBI

+ Advanced Excel

+ Python
