    The annual Girl Scout Cookie Program is more than a tradition—it empowers girls to develop real-world business skills, from goal-setting and customer service to financial literacy and leadership.

     

    We are seeking part-time, temporary Cookie Cupboard Representatives to make this year’s Cookie Program a success. In this vital role, you’ll help manage product inventory and distribution to ensure Girl Scouts have the resources they need to reach their goals.

     

    Cookie Cupboard Representatives are responsible for pulling, processing, and reconciling product orders and inventory, as well as scheduling and assisting with product pickups, all while providing excellent customer service to members and volunteers.

    This part-time, temporary position is expected to begin on or around January 19th and end March 13th, 2026.

     

    + Ability to work up to 24 hours a week as assigned during the hours of 7:30am to 7pm, Sunday through Saturday from January 19 - March 13, 2026.

    + A strong sense of customer service, can-do attitude, and ability to partner well with others in completing tasks.

    + Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods, perform repetitive motions, lift or move up to 25 pounds and assist with loading and unloading vehicles.

    + Strong organization and follow-through skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work well under pressure, while meeting deadlines and customer expectations.

    + Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    + Ability to maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance

    + Willing and able to work primarily outdoors with changing temperature and weather conditions.

    + Reliable transportation, valid drivers’ license and insurance; daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

    + Willingness to receive forklift training/certification.

    + Bilingual - English/Spanish is a plus

    + Familiarity with Girl Scouts cookie program is a plus.

     

    Employment period: January 19-March 13, 2026

     

    Schedule: approximately 20-24 hours per week, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts

     

    Pay: $19.00 per hour
