Description
The Resource Specialist supports a national project delivering behavioral health services to immigrating children and families. This role connects beneficiaries to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), working closely with the Seneca case management team to manage referrals, ensure accurate data entry, and support service invoicing.
Key responsibilities include linking beneficiaries to services, identifying and onboarding new FQHCs, maintaining relationships with providers, and expanding network capacity to meet specialized needs. The Resource Specialist collaborates with the Program Coordinator to implement outreach strategies and optimize data systems for tracking service access and case progression.
This role is only guaranteed through January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
+ Review all referrals from the case management team to connect service recipients with FQHCs, conduct follow-up calls/contacts, and gather information and documentation to complete the referral.
+ Conducts intake to determine eligibility for services and enters intake information into a tracking system.
+ Conducts outreach and engagement to identify new FQHCs to meet client needs, identify key points of contact, resources available, and build network capacity.
+ Creates records for new verified FQHCs in the case management system and liaises with case management team to set provider up for invoicing.
+ Responsible for ongoing data entry to track client utilization of FQHCs and monitor utilization consistent with service eligibility.
+ Provides status updates to the case management team as needed.
+ Participate in weekly meetings to review FQHC assignments, utilization, and address any potential barriers with access to services.
+ Communicate regularly with FQHCs to confirm provision of services and verify information against eligibility criteria to support invoicing.
+ Provide day-to-day support for any relevant tasks and deliverables
+ Provide support in the development and coordination tools and response protocols for FQHCs
+ Assist with any follow up efforts including data entry and reporting
+ Willing to be flexible & support team members as needed
+ Complete other duties as assigned by project leadership
Basic Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. (Substitution: Associate degree and 3 years of relevant experience in tracking and coordinating customers or HS and 5 years of relevant experience in tracking and coordinating customers)
+ Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
+ Experience providing logistical support and general project support, such as activity tracking, task coordination, and material formatting.
+ Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a team, managing deadlines,
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1 year experience working remotely
+ Experience working with refugees, immigrants, or asylees

**Pay Range** - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$55,388.00 - $94,160.00
