    **Location:** 120 Hillcrest Medical Blvd

    **Clinic Hours:** Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Saturdays 8am-12pm

     

    About the Role

     

    Join **Baylor Scott & White Health** as an **Ambulatory Nursing Manager** leading our Pediatric Clinic. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee clinical operations, drive quality care, and ensure efficient, cost-effective management of our pediatric specialty program. You’ll be the nursing leader responsible for guiding a dedicated team and supporting the health of children and families in our community.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead and coordinate patient care delivery using evidence-based practices.

    + Manage departmental operations including staffing, budgeting, and policy implementation.

    + Foster a supportive and safe environment for patients, families, and nursing staff.

    + Promote continuous improvement and professional development through educational programs.

    + Advocate for high-quality pediatric care and uphold nursing excellence.

    Qualifications & Success Factors

    + Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.

    + Experience caring for diverse age groups, especially pediatric patients.

    + Excellent communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

    + Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and community service.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in nursing

    + Have a minimum of (3) three years' experience in this field

    + 2-3 years of management experience

    + Are licensed as Registered Nurses

    + Must already have Basic Life Support certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
