About this role:

In this role, you will:

+ Research complex credit investigations and diverse credit information for loans

+ Identify opportunity for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

+ Review and identify basic operational assignments that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives while exercising independent judgement to guide medium risk deliverables

+ Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgement while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

+ Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of Commercial Banking Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

+ Experience with complex credit, underwriting, and debt structure for clients with annual revenue of $100MM to $2B

+ Completion of a formal credit training program

+ Proven ability to manage client relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.

+ Experience as a commercial banking Portfolio Manager, with a focus on Middle Market C&I, Commercial Real Estate, and Investor Real Estate.

+ Strong expertise in loan origination, portfolio monitoring, financial modeling, credit underwriting, and risk analysis for complex commercial businesses.

+ Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.

+ In-depth knowledge of industry standards, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.

+ Familiarity with the Bank's software and credit risk management tools.

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Pay Range:

Dallas – Texas Pay Range: $77,000 - $121 ,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

Minneapolis – Minnesota Pay Range: $85,000 - $133 ,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

Los Angeles – California Pay Range: $92,000 - $145,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)

San Francisco – California Pay Range: $92,000 - $145,000 USD annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
