    Logistics Specialist

    Responsibilities

    + Identify and address discrepancies in performance scores for the Transportation Services network carrier base. Collaborate with teams to implement process improvements, enhance service quality, iterate on technology, and boost carrier performance engagement and growth.

    + Work together to develop and deliver key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards that support business decisions for customer-facing initiatives. Extract data from various databases using tools such as Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-3 years’ experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer service, or related field.

    + Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.

    + Strong written communication skills.

    + Problem-solving and operations management.

    + Ability to manage large data sets and use them to drive performance and process improvements.

    + Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

    + High school or equivalent diploma.

    + 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience.

    + Bachelor's degree is preferred.

    + Experience in ownership, delivering results, and a bias for action.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
