    Job Title: Accounts Payable Accountant

    About the Role:

    Our client, a well-established company in the Boston area, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Accountant to join their finance team. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while maintaining flexibility. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounts payable and be proficient in NetSuite.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable transactions

    + Review and verify invoices and payment requests

    + Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices

    + Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies

    + Assist with month-end closing and reporting

    + Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies

    + Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors

    Qualifications:

    + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting

    + Proficiency with NetSuite is required

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

    Work Schedule:

    Hybrid – 3 to 4 days per week onsite in Boston office

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
