    We're hiring for a Marketing Manager!

     

    We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead digital initiatives that drive B2B lead generation and brand engagement. This role will focus on campaign execution, automation, and performance optimization across multiple platforms.

    Responsibilities:

    + Design and implement marketing campaigns that generate, nurture, and convert leads.

    + Lead Google Ads strategy and optimization to improve traffic and ROI.

    + Manage social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Instagram.

    + Oversee marketing automation in HubSpot and Salesforce to support lead flow and sales alignment.

    + Monitor campaign performance and lead metrics to drive improvements.

    + Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure accurate tracking of marketing KPIs.

    + Stay current on B2B marketing trends, CRM systems, and automation tools.

    + Provide creative direction to the graphic design team to ensure brand consistency.

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience in digital and B2B marketing

    + Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Ads

    + Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Premiere Pro

    + Strong communication and project management skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
