Your role at Clorox:
This role reports to the Network Scheduling Manager or MSM Lead and will work with: Network Materials Planners, S&OE Manager, Inventory Planner, Plant Leadership, and Scheduling teams. This role oversees the sequence and timing of operations for a group of work centers to optimize production flow and efficiency while meeting production targets.
In this role, you will:
+ Responsible for planning operations at the Aberdeen work centers and, potentially, across the broader BU network. This includes optimizing production sequencing to support customer service goals, minimize changeovers, and maintainappropriate inventory levels in the short to mid term
+ Communicates with the S&OE team and Network Scheduling Manager to understand the short to mid-term demand picture while communicating with Plant Operations to ensure the demand can be met with an optimized schedule
+ Maintains all relevant capacity planning master data for the relevant network work centers isaccurate and up to date including work center master, routings, and downtime data.
+ Develop contingency plans for unexpected events that may impact production schedules.
+ Ensure that production schedules comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.
+ Works with Logistics Managers and Material Planners to ensure the right materials are available for the production schedule
What we look for:
+ Demonstrated success in meeting and improving Schedule Attainment KPIs, ensuring on-time production and delivery performance.
+ Flexibility and availability for off-shift calls or weekend support to address urgent schedule changes or production issues.
+ Experience with SAP and S/4HANA systems, including production order management, materials planning, and reporting.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ Hands-on experience with ERP systems to plan, monitor, and adjust production schedules based on changing business or material conditions.
+ Ability to serve as a backup to the Materials or Planning role, supporting inventory control, MRP activities, and raw material coordination when needed.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams and external customers to ensure production priorities are aligned with demand.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear coordination across production, materials, and logistics functions.
+ Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple production lines, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data, anticipate constraints, and proactively recommend solutions to maintain operational efficiency.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
•Zone A: $72,400 - $132,500
•Zone B: $66,400 - $121,500
•Zone C: $60,300 - $110,400

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
