Client Services Specialist

Company: Advanced Financial Corporation

Work Hours: Assigned between 7am–5pm, Mon–Fri

Training: 3 weeks, paid

Start Date: November 4, 2025

• Key Responsibilities

+ Handle high-volume inbound calls (80+ daily)

+ Assist with ACH setups/cancellations

+ Process payments, adjustments, credits, and mail correspondence

+ Support customers logging into the payment portal

+ Calculate loan payments and provide account guidance

+ Deliver exceptional service with a solutions-first mindset

• Must-Have Skills

+ 2+ years in a call center environment

+ Strong customer service and help desk support experience

+ Proficiency in Office 365 and navigating software applications

+ Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

+ Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice-to-Haves

+ Bilingual in Spanish

+ Background in banking, billing, loans, or mortgage

+ Familiarity with STAR Method interview techniques

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
