    Description

    Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Compliance Analyst to support ongoing projects and compliance initiatives within a retail-focused technology environment. This role will provide critical support for existing systems and help mature internal processes, with a strong emphasis on IT general controls and financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative mindset, a learning-oriented approach, and experience working closely with process owners to drive sustainable compliance practices.

    1. IT General Controls & Audit Experience

     

    Preferably from a Big Four firm or internal/external audit background

    Strong understanding of financial systems and compliance frameworks

    2. Retail Systems Knowledge

     

    Hands-on experience with SAP and Manhattan systems

    Ability to support retail operations and technology environments

    3. Process Maturity & Collaboration

     

    Experience working with process owners to improve and build compliance processes

     

    Ability to go beyond issue identification to solution development

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
