             The Director, Commercial Product Management is a strategic individual contributor responsible for shaping and executing product strategy, driving market analysis, and leading go-to-market initiatives for the Tax and Accounting CCH brand. This role is pivotal in defining the long-term vision and roadmap for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. With a strong focus on product strategy, you will leverage deep market insights, emerging technologies (including AI), and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, accelerate revenue growth, and expand market presence. The Director will also play a key role in mentoring and coaching other product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement . This position plays a critical role in our transformation journey, helping evolve our SaaS offerings with cutting-edge capabilities and delivering differentiated value to our customers. Your expertise will significantly influence product direction and success. Essential Duties and responsibilities + Manage and drive high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring measurable outcomes and customer value. + Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product strategies that align with business goals, vision, and market opportunities. + Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for innovative product offerings, incorporating advanced technologies such as AI, agentic workflows, and behavioral data to drive growth. + Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product and market expansion. + Translate customer insights into actionable product strategies and roadmaps that drive adoption, retention, and commercial success. + Collaborate with pricing, finance, and analytics teams to inform pricing models and monetization strategies using usage data and financial modeling. + Serve as a strategic advocate for the product both internally and externally, articulating the product vision and value proposition. + Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure product strategy is aligned with broader organizational priorities and long-term vision. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Development, Support) to ensure alignment between product strategy and execution. + Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to guide investment decisions and roadmap prioritization. + Support business planning efforts by contributing to revenue forecasts, margin analysis, and strategic initiatives. + Influence product roadmap development by working closely with Technical Product Management to ensure alignment with market needs and financial goals. + Identify and recommend operational efficiencies and growth opportunities based on data-driven insights. + Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in commercial product strategy, representing the product vision to internal stakeholders and external partners. + Mentor and coach other product managers, providing guidance on best practices, strategic thinking, and career development to build a high-performing product management team. Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA strongly preferred Experience: + 10+ years of product management experience in SaaS, proven success managing go-to-market disciplines (e.g. sales, marketing, product management, development, support) and having P&L accountability in a functionally matrixed organization + Experience working with Offshore employeesfor both product management and outsource Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications: + Strong business and financial acumen, able to synthesize complex data into strategic plans. + Expertise in pricing strategy, forecasting, and ROI-based prioritization. + Proven success in launching and scaling commercial software products, ideally with AI/ML components. + Understanding of AI, Agentic AI, and its application in enterprise software. + Excellent communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. + Ability to managemultiple priorities and lead strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment. + Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering differentiated, high-value solutions + Collaborative and influential, with the ability to drive alignment across teams and functions. + Experience in agileenvironments and high-growth SaaS business + Background in enterprise B2B SaaS, especially in verticals like FinTech, HealthTech, or HRTech. _Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process._ EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Wolters Kluwer U.
