Description

Our client is looking for a network engineer based in Charleston, SC. The key skills in this role include experience with Cisco gear, wireless and wired configuration, WAN connections, switching, routing, and dynamic routing protocols. Performing configuration and routing protocols.

They're looking to add another Network Engineer to their team (7 engineers) because there are many new projects coming down the pipeline. Some of these include a new data center build out, and Azure infrastructure re-build, and moving over to ISE.

They're wanting this person to come open-minded and ready to learn the environment. They're looking for someone to have a strong understanding around all parts of the OSI model, of BGP and OSPF routing protocols, experience with LAN/WAN, experience working in data centers, and experience with Cisco Nexus and Catalyst.

This person should be a self-starter and problem solve. They must be willing to help when needed and come up with solutions. Willing to step in when needed after hours if needed, if something is urgent and needs to be fixed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $44.00/hr.
