Description

Our client is seeking one to two hands-on PC/Field Technicians to support large-scale Windows 11 refresh projects. You’ll work out of our downtown Tampa equipment depot, handling end-to-end device processing—from receiving to prep/imaging and outbound shipment—ensuring clients receive accurate, ready-to-deploy hardware.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, unpack, and inventory client devices (desktops, laptops, peripherals).

• Prep and stage PCs for deployment: imaging/OS upgrades (Windows 11), basic configuration, asset tagging, and quality checks.

• Coordinate packaging, labeling, documentation, and outbound shipping to clients.

• Maintain accurate logistics records: order status, serials/asset IDs, RMA tracking.

• Collaborate closely with depot leadership and MSP operations to meet project timelines.

• Follow depot safety and ESD best practices; keep the workspace organized and audit-ready.

What You Bring

• Experience with hardware deployments, PC prep/imaging, and depot/fulfillment workflows.

• Strong attention to detail for logistics, shipping paperwork, and order processing.

• Familiarity with Windows 10/11, basic networking, and common imaging tools (nice to have).

• Comfort with inventory/ticketing systems and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed and stand for extended periods.

• Bonus: exposure to MSP environments and/or healthcare IT; awareness of HIPAA and PHI handling.

Schedule & Terms

• Onsite Monday–Friday in downtown Tampa; start immediately.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
