Position Overview:

Leads interoperability needs of Sutter Health’s provider community by building and maintaining strong business relations. This position has overall accountability and management of work efforts covering multiple service lines and/or the assigned market, that are highly complex in nature from conception through completion. Leads work efforts that may have matrixed resources assigned with substantial resource requirements, complexity, and risk, or has significant operational impact to the market. Performs critical and highly complex analysis with respect to physician workflows, process improvements, access management and in creation of procedural documentation. Contributes to standards in aligning physician support requirements with current industry best practice and compliance requirements. Typically manages and mentors work effort resources.

EDUCATION:

_Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._

Bachelor's in Business Administration, or Healthcare, Information Management, Computer Science

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

5 years recent relevant experience.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

+ Knowledge of health care operations and structure, general requirements in an integrated delivery system, and use of information system applications in the practicing health care environment is desired.

+ Broad knowledge of system behavior and their ability to integrated data for interoperable use.

+ Self-motivated, self-directed with limited guidance and independent thinking as well as an effective team player.

+ Strong analytical / critical thinking skills and proficient at requirements gathering.

+ Strong problem and issue resolution experience.

+ Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in terms clearly understood by technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Strong organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple activities and objectives in a rapidly changing environment, envisions solutions, and deliver quality service.

+ Committed to providing exceptional customer service and responding to user needs in a prompt, courteous manner.

+ Generates positive impression and demeanor while interacting and supporting physicians.

+ Able to interact with and influence others effectively via teamwork and interpersonal skills.

+ Demonstrated increasingly responsible professional growth.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of industry standards to support business requirements.

+ Good knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation computer programs, preferably Microsoft.

Pay Range is $52.44 to $78.66 / hour

_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
