Remote

Product Designer – Safety Team
We’re seeking a highly skilled Designer with deep systems experience and visual craft to help shape how users engage with digital platforms. This role focuses on designing scalable systems that support safety, privacy, and well-being across multiple surfaces.
About the Work
You’ll contribute to initiatives that promote equity, access to authoritative information, and age-appropriate experiences. Projects span sensitive topics such as elections, global crises, and regulatory responses. You’ll collaborate with content designers, product marketers, art directors, and design program managers to ensure design consistency, adaptability, and visibility across internal and external channels.
Key Responsibilities
+ Build and maintain robust design systems, including Figma components, sticker sheets, and shared libraries.
+ Drive visual excellence and hygiene across design artifacts.
+ Support supervision features and age assurance flows, including predictive modeling and birthday capture UX.
+ Contribute to horizontal system improvements across products used by teens.
+ Help mitigate risk through scalable design tools and workflows.
+ Partner on privacy and regulatory response efforts related to youth experiences.
Qualifications
+ 8+ years of relevant product design experience, with a strong focus on systems and production.
+ Expertise in Figma and component-based design.
+ Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Slides, Docs, Sheets).
+ Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
+ Familiarity with iOS, Android, and web design standards.
+ Experience with prototyping tools such as Origami Studio or Figma prototyping.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr.
