             Senior Sales Manager – Home Improvement Sales • Confidential Opportunity We are conducting a confidential search for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and expand a high-performing sales team in our Phoenix office. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on scaling the team from 17 to 24 design consultants while maintaining exceptional performance in a one-call-close sales environment. Key Responsibilities + Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach a team of 24 design consultants, with support from an Assistant Sales Manager. + Drive Performance: Conduct weekly sales meetings, assign leads daily based on geography and performance, and monitor KPIs (gross/net closing percentages). + Hands-On Leadership: Participate in ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching and feedback. + Availability: Be accessible during appointment windows (9am, 1pm, 6pm) and reachable by phone until 10pm; Saturdays until 4pm. + Talent Acquisition: Oversee hiring decisions after onboarding and training. + Culture Building: Foster high morale and recognize top performers regularly. Required Skills & Experience + Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in home improvement or remodeling (windows, doors, siding, roofing, baths). + Proven success in one-call-close environments. + Strong coaching and performance management capabilities. + Skilled in lead analysis and assignment. + High emotional intelligence and ability to manage diverse personalities. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project/sales management tools.
