This is a hands-on, team-based role supporting the Loan Operations department. The Loan Records Support Specialist plays a key part in organizing and preparing loan documentation for a system transition to LoanServ. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day — approximately 70% of the time will be spent on your feet, moving around the records room, pulling files, and placing boxes in their correct locations. You’ll use carts to transport materials if needed, and work closely with your team to divide tasks and meet shared goals. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Retrieve, sort, and organize physical loan files and boxes within the records room. Use carts to transport documents and boxes to designated areas. Prep loan documents for digital conversion and system migration to LoanServ. Assist with labeling, tracking, and potentially entering data into an inventory system. Coordinate with team members to divide tasks and complete daily objectives. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling sensitive loan records. Follow established procedures with minimal direct supervision, while remaining highly collaborative with peers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Experience & Hard Skills: Prior experience in banking, loan operations, or financial services is a plus. Background in manual labor environments such as: Mailroom operations Warehouse or inventory handling Facilities or records management Familiarity with physical file organization and document handling. Experience using carts, filing systems, or basic inventory tools. Basic computer literacy for potential data entry or document tracking. Soft Skills & Traits: Strong attention to detail — accuracy is critical when handling sensitive loan documents. Dependable and self-motivated — able to stay productive with limited direct supervision. Team-oriented — thrives in a collaborative environment where tasks are shared and coordinated. Good communication skills — able to work closely with peers to divide and complete work efficiently. Willingness to be physically active — comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the day. Adaptable — open to learning new systems and processes, especially during the LoanServ transition.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.82 - $24.82/hr.
