Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and execution-focused Project Manager to lead a confidential, high-impact transformation initiative within the North American region. This role is centered around operational change, organizational design, and business process improvement, with a strong emphasis on laboratory operations and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage transformation workstreams across regional laboratories (microbiology and chemistry) supporting multiple business segments.
• Drive operational workflow improvements and support change management initiatives.
• Oversee project governance, milestone tracking, and KPI development.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to improve transparency and cost efficiency, particularly within finance-related workstreams.
• Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts to shift mindsets and ways of working.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic priorities, map business processes, and implement change.
• Ensure consistent communication and alignment across North American teams.
• Provide hands-on support to teams under pressure, helping manage workload and expectations.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Proven experience in Project Management and Change Management within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong background in Laboratory Operations and R&D environments (Preferred, NOT A MUST HAVE)
• Experience in Business Consulting or Business Process Management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive results under pressure.
• Familiarity with financial transformation, including redesigning cross-charging models and improving cost tracking mechanisms.
Preferred Skills & Tools
• Practical, results-driven approach with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and people management skills.
• Ability to navigate political dynamics and influence stakeholders.
• Tools and training experience relevant to project tracking and performance management.

This role is focused on strategic collaboration and transformation across multiple business segments.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
