• Technical Delivery Lead

    Project Overview

     

    This role supports a brand-new development team established for the onboarding of a strategic client, a critical workstream tied to a major acquisition. The Delivery Enablement Lead will play a key role in driving strategic alignment, ensuring smooth execution, and enabling successful delivery across technical and business teams.

    Position Summary

    We are seeking a highly experienced Tech Delivery Enablement Lead to oversee the administration and execution of complex technical programs. This individual will provide strategic direction, foster cross-functional collaboration, and manage end-to-end product development to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Lead planning and administration of complex projects and initiatives.

    + Coordinate project team activities, resource allocation, and schedules to meet deadlines.

    + Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear communication.

    + Define scope, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

    + Develop detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.

    + Conduct regular progress reviews and adjust plans as needed.

    + Track key metrics to measure enablement effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

    + Ensure timely communication of relevant information to stakeholders across the organization.

    Requirements

    + Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

    + Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience with demonstrated leadership in technology project delivery.

    + Strong understanding of program management, risk management, and software development life cycle (SDLC).

    + Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable technical plans.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with executives, technical teams, and business partners.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00/hr.
