CO+I’s Global Unified Technology Systems supports datacenter optimization through a range of tools and processes. As Senior Technical Program Manager – Supply Chain and Transportation, you’ll lead integration strategies for supply chain tools that enable the demand planning and operations teams to ensure the right parts are deliver at the right time and with the right tracking. You will leverage your subject matter expertise and process improvement experience to help meet organizational objectives.
This role leads and coordinates cross-functional teams and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, effective resource allocation, and adherence to governance protocols while continuously driving process improvements and mentoring others. Additionally, it involves managing complex programs, fostering collaboration, integrating knowledge across disciplines, and clearly communicating strategies to achieve business objectives and innovation.

This role is located either in one or all hub locations - Atlanta, GA, Washington, D.C., Redmond, WA, San Antonio, TX or Phoenix, AZ.
Relocation support will be provided, and successful candidates must relocate or reside within 50 miles of the hub office location.
This role is eligible for hybrid or remote work, up to 100%.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
+ Works with cross-functional (e.g., Demand planning, Supply Chain, Operations, Compliance, Finance) stakeholders (e.g., Engineering) to design compliant, complex programs from initiation to delivery with minimal coaching.
+ Owning, managing, and enhancing a complex supply chain, information technology program that integrates multiple, sub-systems, including Amazon and external partner systems.
+ Working with engineering partners to solve information technology issues relating to on-going operations.
+ Meeting/exceeding measurable improvements in operations speed, efficiency, agility, and customer experience
+ Driving simplification and efficiency in existing engineering architectures to unblock innovation and speed of delivery.
+ Produces collateral (e.g., proposals, strategy walking deck, internal and external pitch content) to incorporate stakeholder needs and ensure the business objectives are met.
+ Communicates the program status and risk to relevant stakeholders and holds them accountable for following the established schedule, risk mitigation plans, and processes.
+ Trusted Advisor - Provide direction and guidance to internal stakeholders answering related questions or issues, while demonstrating a positive attitude.
+ Utilizes direction and strategy from leadership regarding business area of expertise to help create and execute plans that shift current priorities to new organizational initiatives and objectives, and influences others to change behavior accordingly.
+ Defines vision and strategy for change, broad and specific impact, and the flow of communication to the organization
+ Ensures buy in and adoption of the new program or change by others in the organization.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
Additional or preferred qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
Background Check Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
+ Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
