Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across vendor partnership channels to acquire new BJ’s members.
+ Support day-to-day campaign execution, including creative trafficking, and budget optimization.
+ Collaborate to manage our offer strategy roadmap and marketing calendar , working with the acquisition team to ensure a consistent strategy and thinking across all channels.
+ Monitor and analyze performance data, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost-per-acquisition (CPA) , membership signup volume , and post- acquisition engagement
+ Partner with Analytics and Finance to ensure that campaigns are on track to reach targets .
+ Identify and test new digital vendor partners, platforms, and tools to expand and diversify media mix for acquisition channels.
+ Support the development of offers, messaging, and creative strategies to drive stronger acquisition results , including successful target i ng of younger , higher value prospect households.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Creative, Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Legal to ensure campaigns are on brand, compliant, and effective.
+ Support broader acquisition initiatives and special projects as needed including competitive research .
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree (preferably) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
+ Preferred: 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a marketing role with emphasis on performance marketing and growth marketing and hands-on exposure to paid social, search, display, or affiliate channels.
+ Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute beyond your immediate scope of responsibility.
+ Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
+ Ability to leverage data and think critically about marketing decisions
+ Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and results clearly to a variety of audiences.
This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $60,500.00 - $79,500.00
