Responsibilities
+ Develop and refine go-to-market strategies for Solution Play in Enterprise, including audience needs, market research, targeting, and customer, partner, and seller journey requirements. Also, determine investment mix and levers.
+ Drive Solution Play priorities in Enterprise by partnering with Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) and marketing teams. This includes preparing integrated marketing briefs, sharing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) insights, and focusing on the impact of Highly Engaged pipeline.
+ Establish a feedback loop with Strategy, Enablement & Operations (SE&O) and Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) to drive activation, connect marketing with sales, and identify insights and gaps to share with corporate teams.
+ Run weekly Rhythm of Business (ROB) meetings across Enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) levers to accelerate progress and implement plans based on data and insights. Collaborate with MCAPS and marketing pods.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 4+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years developing and executing multi-channel strategies.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years marketing or sales experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 12+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
