We are hiring a **Senior Product Manager - Accounts Platform -** with a proven track record of building scalable, AI-driven product capabilities that drive measurable value for customers.
In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Advertising’s Accounts Management platform—the foundation that powers advertiser onboarding, account creation, hierarchy management, and cross-account capabilities. With the power of AI, you’ll reimagine how advertisers interact with their accounts — from guided onboarding and automated setup to proactive insights and intelligent recommendations — making account management simpler, faster, and more delightful.
You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance to build intuitive, reliable, and intelligent account experiences that scale to thousands of advertisers globally. Your work will help ensure advertisers can easily set up, manage, and optimize their accounts, unlocking the full value of Microsoft Advertising’s ecosystem.
Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.

Responsibilities
+ Product Leadership: Develop and communicate the strategy and roadmap for Accounts Management platform.
+ Customer Advocacy: Represent the product to customers, deeply understand their needs, and champion those needs internally.
+ Execution & Decision-Making: Navigate ambiguity, make tough prioritization decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
+ Communication & Collaboration: Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive product outcomes.
+ Data & AI Innovation: Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage insights and models that power account management space at scale.
+ Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales, ensuring product launches drive adoption, transparency, and measurable advertiser impact.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of product or program management
+ 5+ years of taking technical products from conception to launch
+ 2+ years of experience working in digital SaaS or online advertising platform environment
+ 2+ years of experience developing features for Account Management or digital advertising products
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience in building large scale solutions.
+ Experience with A/B testing.
+ Experience with digital advertising products.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
