We are looking for a AdTech Signal Engineer (Advertising Technology) to join our Advertising Technology (AdTech) team. This role will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining the Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) infrastructure that powers accurate, scalable, and timely marketing performance measurement. As we advance our in-house attribution capabilities, this position will lead efforts to increase attribution model accuracy, reduce data latency, and strengthen the connection between marketing investment and business outcomes.
The AdTech Signal Engineer will partner closely with Data Science, Media, and Engineering teams to develop and optimize attribution data pipelines, improve signal capture across online and offline channels, and ensure consistent, high-quality data for modeling and optimization. This role requires a blend of data engineering, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of the marketing measurement ecosystem to deliver trusted, actionable insights.

Responsibilities
+ Design, build, and scale data infrastructure and pipelines to support Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) modeling — including event collection, identity resolution, touchpoint stitching, and conversion data normalization.
+ Develop observability, logging, and monitoring frameworks to ensure uptime and rapid issue detection across all AdTech components.
+ Collaborate with Engineering and Media teams to ensure seamless integration of campaign activation, measurement, and data ingestion systems.
+ Automate deployment and configuration pipelines to reduce manual implementation time.
+ Partner with privacy and compliance teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with global data governance and marketing regulations.
+ Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks, driving continuous improvement in scalability, reliability, and security.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ years of experience on AdTech infrastructure design, integration patterns, and operational best practices.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
