    As a Partnerships Associate in Connected Commerce you will support the relationship management team in both internal and external initiatives related to network and wallet partners within the Commerce Payments team.

    Job responsibilities

    + Support external relationships with payment network and merchant partners supporting Commerce Payments team (notably tokenization and provisioning)

    + Lead technical and business initiatives for internal teams and between Chase and our partners, primarily operational performance or key metrics for tokenized transactions through digital wallets

    + Develop, manage and improve internal and external reporting related to the partners

    + Find data-driven solutions by clearly defining a business challenge, identifying the right data, developing reporting, analyzing insights from the data, identifying solutions and monitoring performance of those solutions

    + Collaborate with internal cross functional partners (product, corporate development, analytics finance, fraud, legal etc.) to support partnership discussions which influence product strategy

    + Support development of partner management content including quarterly business reviews, analytics and reporting, business cases development, meeting notes and other documents

    + Support management of all contractual obligations for contracts with key partners

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + 2+ years of experience supporting partnerships managers and / or account managers in the mobile & emerging payments industry

    + Experience working in a product focused environment with significant internal and external dependencies

    + Experience managing new product implementations, developing reporting and identifying and driving operational improvements based on data-driven observations.

    + Avid user of digital payment applications, interested in product and relationship management

    + Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution

    + Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills

    + Experience in collaborating, influencing, and guiding decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology and design

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    + Experience with payment partners, payment networks and payment platforms

    + Understanding of data analytics in the payments industry, including mobile wallets, payment networks, and platforms
