Job Summary
As a Business Manager in Customer Experience, Marketing, Benefits and Credit Products, you'll help shape strategy and drive operational excellence. As a key thought partner and operator, you'll bring clarity, structure, and momentum to the team-leading cross-functional initiatives, facilitating leadership forums, and ensuring priorities move from vision to execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves as a team player.
Job Responsibilities
+ Owns all chief of staff responsibilities, inclusive of managing day-to-day operations
+ Shape and communicate the organization's strategy and key initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and visibility of major achievements to executive stakeholders
+ Drive the execution of top strategic initiatives, proactively rolling up sleeves to ensure successful delivery
+ Collaborate across product teams to deliver against business objectives, owning the tracking and execution of key milestones
+ Establish and maintain the operating rhythm for the leadership team and the broader organization, ensuring focused discussions and real-time alignment
+ Partner with Finance and HR to manage headcount planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or chief of staff roles
+ Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, including advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills - you can create compelling, eye-catching presentations and develop complex reports with little or no oversight
+ Strong relationship builder comfortable collaborating with and influencing Managing Director-level team members
+ Proven ability to manage and implement operational effectiveness initiatives
+ Intellectual curiosity and ability to develop subject matter expertise in new subjects quickly
Preferred Qualifications
+ Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
+ Proven ability to operate within the product development life cycle and agile methodologies
+ Experience working in financial services
