    Work You'll Do

    Lead the design, support, and optimization of Windows-based systems and infrastructure. Responsibilities include:

     

    + Administering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments

    + Managing Active Directory, Group Policy, and user permissions

    + Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware/software

    + Troubleshooting system issues and applying patches/updates

    + Implementing backup and recovery strategies

    + Monitoring performance and automating tasks via PowerShell

    + Supporting cross-functional teams and maintaining system documentation

    Qualifications

    Required:

    + Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Windows systems administration experience

    + Active DoD Top Secret clearance required

    + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    + Advanced skills in: Active Directory (AD), Windows AD, Windows Administration, Patch Management, Team Leadership

    + Hands-on experience with: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022; IIS 10, FIM 2010, MIM 2016; WSUS, SCOM

    + CompTIA Security+ certification

    + Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations: Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg

    + Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location

    + Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes

    Preferred:

    + Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, CASP+, CISSP

    + Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills

    + Experience collaborating with project managers, developers, and end users
