    We’re looking for an Incoming Quality Inspector to join our client, a leading global scientific supply and services company. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting biopharma, healthcare, and advanced technology industries - helping to keep science in motion worldwide!

     

    **Type:** Contract (6 months, potential to convert FT)

    **Location:** Morrisville, NC

    **Rate:** $19/hr

    **Shift:** M-F, 7am - 4pm (with OT potential)

    Duties:

    + Follow company policies, procedures, and training requirements with a focus on customer service, production, and quality.

    + Review orders, documentation, and assembly requirements to ensure compliance with customer needs, GMP standards, and internal procedures; guide other technicians as needed.

    + Verify adherence to policies, procedures, and work instructions; maintain audit readiness at all times.

    + Identify and contain non-conforming material, review documentation for accuracy and GDP compliance, and assist in resolving order issues.

    + Communicate concerns to area owners and management.

    + Perform pre-fill, in-process, and final inspections using proper tools, methods, and documentation.

    + Stop production when non-conformances are observed and follow NCM procedures; document and trend quality issues.

    + Maintain a clean work area and support continuous improvement using root cause analysis tools

    + Conduct floor walks to observe, train, and support process changes.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma/GED plus 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry **or** a bachelor’s degree.

    + Preferred: Experience in Quality Assurance within medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.

    + Must be comfortable in a production floor setting with frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
