Job Title: Program/Project Automation Integration Manager

Pay Range: $56 – $95 per hour

Overview:

System One is seeking a Program/Project Automation Integration Manager to join our team. This role combines program and project coordination expertise with data automation engineering to drive process efficiency and strategic visibility across the full enterprise portfolio. The position plays a critical role in supporting structured, milestone-based project delivery by integrating traditional project management tools with modern automation platforms. This is a high-value, cross-functional position that serves as a key technical enabler of scalable reporting, schedule alignment, and accurate program oversight across the organization.

Responsibilities:

+ Automate manual project tracking and reporting processes to improve efficiency and free up PM capacity.

+ Integrate Oracle P6, Jira, and Power BI for real-time project status, schedule alignment, and issue tracking.

+ Develop scalable, auditable systems to strengthen data integrity and governance across platforms.

+ Support project managers in milestone-driven scheduling and dependency management.

+ Create technical presentations, documentation, and reports as needed.

+ Customize Jira as a centralized coordination tool for complex program execution.

+ Design executive dashboards and automated reports to provide real-time project health insights.

+ Collaborate with PMO and IT teams to scale automation solutions enterprise-wide.

+ Reduce operational costs by consolidating multiple roles (analyst, engineer, coordinator) into one high-impact function.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

+ Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience required.

+ Proven experience integrating project management tools such as Oracle Primavera P6, Jira, and Power BI.

+ Strong understanding of milestone-based project delivery methodologies.

+ Ability to support large-scale programs across scheduling, reporting, and dependency tracking.

+ Familiarity with enterprise PMO functions and governance frameworks.

+ Effective collaboration skills across PMO, IT, and delivery teams.

+ Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

+ Experienced in documenting and standardizing processes for enterprise adoption.

+ Knowledge of automation ROI in high-performance project environments.

+ Strong automation skills using scripting, APIs, and data pipelines for cross-platform synchronization.

+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ Demonstrated integrity, openness, and teamwork.

+ Expertise in data governance and reporting systems development.

+ Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
