**Essential Duties/Responsibilities** :
+ Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned applications.
+ Provide technical administration by partnering with business stakeholders to optimize business processes and
operational efficiency using technology solutions.
+ Lead system administration, support, and enhancements assigned
technology systems, including managing configuration, security, roles, and access.
+ Act as an internal consultant regarding system capabilities and partner with business functions in design and
modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives
+ Configure and support data integrations by domain including third party connectors
+ Manage the Production and numerous Sandbox environments and establish a well-controlled systems
environment by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
+ Drive Data Quality
+ Support, develop and maintain Reports & Dashboards to support teams and company-wide decision making
+ Regularly perform data audits and validation, and follow up with appropriate teams for corrections
+ Perform administrative functions including security maintenance, tenant configuration, data loads, integrations,
and upgrades
+ Provide pre- and post-launch back end-technical support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and
training to enhance and optimize Workday processes
+ Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for configuration, testing integrations, and project management
Specific Module responsibilities may include:
SAP
+ Serves as a functional leader in their specified Modules.
+ Primary functional responsibility for MM,QM
+ Leads project improvement efforts
+ Leads regression and user acceptance testing exercises.
+ Develops and participates in delivery of end user training.
+ Provides escalated user support
MES
+ Serves as a scrum participant on assigned projects.
+ Primary functional responsibility for MES & QDS (Product Owner)
+ Primary functional responsibility for Zebra MotionWorks RFID technology (Product Owner)
+ Leads regression and user acceptance testing exercises.
+ Develops and participates in delivery of end user training.
+ Provides escalated user support
PLM
+ Designs & Supports processes based on SAP PLM.
+ Designs & Supports processes based on SAP DMS.
+ Leads regression and user acceptance testing exercises.
+ Develops and participates in delivery of end user training.
+ Provides end user support.
EAM
+ Applies Agile project methodology to enhance processes and solve problems
+ Leverages Hexagon (formerly Infor) EAM technology to achieve desired business outcomes
+ Maintains EAM system security
+ Configures EAM software system to support business requirements
+ Implements EAM system upgrades, interfaces, and add-on modules
+ Tests EAM software modifications as directed by the business
+ Provides technical and functional EAM system expertise
+ Maintains and distributes asset data such as event histories, performance, and cost
+ Translates needs of Manufacturing into EAM system deliverables
SalesForce.com
+ Provide technical ownership of all aspects of Salesforce.com platform: data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
+ Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, security settings, profiles, workflow rules, etc.) and ensures integrity of all data.
+ Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions.
+ Design and document technical architecture roadmaps and solutions which span multiple platforms and include integration across systems.
+ Provide leadership and governance to team members and stakeholders to ensure consistent solution processes and designs.
+ Collaborate with 3rd party vendors for configuration, testing integrations, and project management
+ Partner with Integration and Support partners providing governance and direction for project and operational support.
+ Provided end user training and support.
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
+ A balance of both business acumen and technical knowledge
+ Analytical, problem solving skills
+ Service-minded; strong interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work with others in a fast-paced team environment.
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills and Experience:
+ BS Degree or Equivalent work experience
+ 10+ years of application configuration & administration experience: MES (SAP ME or SAP MII preferred), PLM, or other related modules
+ Skilled in design of workflow based processes to support complex business processes
+ Strong understanding of configuration and integrations.
+ Experience supporting interfaces to 3rd party systems.
+ Experience to drive efforts to standardize, optimize, and simplify processes and technical solutions.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
+ Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
+ Experience defining business requirements
+ Experience in testing strategies
+ Technical expertise
+ Project experience
+ Ability to travel up to 10% of time.
