    Are you passionate about animals _and_ exceptional client service? We’re looking for a **Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR)** with experience to join our team at VCA Old Tappan Veterinary Hospital located in Norwood NJ—a place where compassionate care meets excellence.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our practice

    + Greet clients and manage check-ins/check-outs with professionalism and warmth

    + Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, and client communications

    + Process payments and maintain accurate records

    + Collaborate closely with medical staff to ensure seamless care

    + Help maintain a calm and organized front office environment—even on the busiest days!

    What We’re Looking For:

    + **Minimum 1–2 years of experience** in a veterinary or medical reception role

    + Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service

    + Proficiency with veterinary practice software

    + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

    + Team-oriented, dependable, and compassionate

    *Mandatory - Rotating Saturday shift, evening shift, and reliable transportation both during normal hours and inclement weather.**

    Compensation Range:

    $17.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience
