The Engage and Activate Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the branch experience by coordinating and delivering strategic initiatives that build acumen, drive engagement, and activate solutions across Market and Practice functions. This role blends project execution, content creation, stakeholder collaboration, and data analysis to improve service quality and ensure associates and leaders are equipped with the knowledge and tools to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Edward Jones offers a 401k retirement plan, and tax-advantaged accounts: health savings account, and flexible spending account. Edward Jones observes ten paid holidays and provides 15 days of vacation for new associates beginning on January 1 of each year, as well as sick time, personal days, and a paid day for volunteerism. Associates may be eligible for bonuses and profit sharing. All associates are eligible for the firm's Employee Assistance Program. + Bachelor's degree or Financial Advisor experience preferred.
+ Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred.
+ **Experience**
+ Minimum 5 years of business experience, preferably in financial services.
+ At least 3 years of experience in training, facilitation, communications, or sales.
+ Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and strategists to develop content aligned with event outcomes and audience needs.

+ Skilled in adult learning principles, onboarding design, and performance support strategies.
+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change with agility and sound judgment.
+ Professional demeanor with ability to engage diverse audiences and learning styles.

+ Understanding of branch team dynamics and Market and Practice Solutions functions.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results aligned with strategic goals.
+ Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
Span of Influence
+ High degree of influence on the quality of branch team experience across Market and Practice Solutions, including how associates and leaders engage and support branch teams. This role directly impacts how effectively branch teams leverage practices support to improve their practice.
+ Accountable for delivering accurate, strategic content and training that impacts branch teams, leaders, and firm-wide initiatives.
+ Collaborates regularly with multiple departments and divisions to align efforts and drive outcomes.
+ May lead or contribute to initiatives that affect thousands of associates and leaders, with potential impact on client experience and firm reputation.
Current INTERNAL home-based associates: While this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends in good faith to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work.
