As a **Splunk Admin & SRE** **,** you will make an impact by giving technical support. You will be a valued member of the team and work closely with the Retail team.

Job Summary

your expertise in Splunk Admin SRE Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon to enhance our infrastructure. you will play a crucial role in optimizing our systems ensuring seamless operations and contributing to our companys success in the Devices and Billing & Revenue Management domains.

In this role, you will:

+ Architecture and Implementation End to end design and deployment of the Splunk observability stack open-source commercial or hybrid

+ Data Ingestion Configuration of log metric and trace ingestion pipelines aligned with OTel standards for interoperability.

+ Tracing Enablement Activation of distributed tracing for modern AWS cloud-native workloads as well as feasible legacy application patterns. Nice to have or Future expansion

+ Visualization and Alerting Splunk Cloud Integration with modern dashboards visualization and alerting tools Grafana Kibana or equivalent market solutions

+ Representative Ingestion Models Validation of at least one ingestion model per application typemicroservices monoliths serverless databases infrastructure

+ Documentation and Knowledge Transfer Delivery of comprehensive technical documentation supported by hands-on knowledge transfer to ensure long-term adoption and operational ownership.

+ Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using Splunk Admin SRE Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon to optimize system performance and reliability.

+ Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and performance.

+ Provide expert guidance in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.

+ Develop and implement best practices for infrastructure management to enhance operational efficiency.

+ Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary upgrades.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain system integrity and security.

+ Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

+ Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members and promote a culture of continuous learning.

+ Manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

+ Coordinate with vendors and external partners to procure and implement infrastructure solutions.

+ Analyze system performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.

+ Document infrastructure processes and procedures to ensure consistency and facilitate future enhancements.

Work model:

What you need to have to be considered

+ Possess extensive experience in Splunk Admin SRE Grafana ELK and Dynatrace AppMon demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.

+ Have a strong background in Devices and Billing & Revenue Management with the ability to apply domain knowledge to infrastructure solutions.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues effectively.

+ Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Show a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies to drive innovation in infrastructure management.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until November,5 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $79,240 to $133,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
