    Your key responsibilities

    + Assist Sr Manager shape channel and customer strategies including pricing, assortment, shelving, and promotional tactics to maximize market impact and share growth.

    + Implement the sales strategy “4Ps” and customer marketing planning and tactical execution.

    + Develop and execute customer-specific programs (e.g., displays, special packs, shopper marketing) in collaboration with cross-functional teams and 3rd party vendors.

    + Partner with category management team, brand marketing and sales to deliver impactful presentations, including line reviews, innovation roadshows, and planogram optimization supported by omnichannel market analysis.

    + Support business planning and performance management, partnering with sales to align on KPIs and lead quarterly and annual business reviews.

    + Develop compelling selling materials and lead forecasting and distribution analysis for senior leadership decision-making.

    You bring

    + A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.

    + 1+ years of experience in CPG, retail, or consumer goods, with a track record in sales, customer development or trade/sales planning.

    + Understanding of sales channels, trade dynamics, and commercial levers to drive business success.

    + Ability to analyse data and develop compelling brand performance scenarios.

    + Proven relationship-building skills to influence growth and deliver impactful results.

    + Ability to travel 15%

     

    The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $97,600-$130,000.

     

    In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
