Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for a **Property Manager** to join our senior condominium team at Hidden Pathways Condominium in White Bear Lake, MN. This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the condominium association including, site supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents.

This property manager schedule includes;

+ 40 hours every two weeks

+ Part time, Day shift

+ On call for common area maintenance emergencies

Responsibilities:

+ Provides leadership and supervision to staff

+ Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction

+ Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records

+ Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary

+ Understands the association governance

+ Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required Qualifications:

+ Three to five years previous experience – Life Experience in any of the following: Business, Sales, Hotel, Leasing, Accounting, Customer Service, Activities

+ Solid working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications

+ High-level communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with older adults

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Associate of Arts

+ Five to ten years of previous experience

+ Experience working with Seniors
