    What We Are Looking For:

    Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for assisting in all Accounts Payable (AP) functions with an increased focus on corporate credit cards, reconciliations, system implementations and integrations for all global subsidiaries.

    What You'll Do:

    + Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices while corresponding with other departments for proper coding and approval of vendor invoices for all Global Subsidiaries

    + Review employee expense reports, including coding, entry and posting through AP

    + Assist in Managing corporate credit card and virtual card programs including new card requests, expense report follow up, accruals and account reconciliations

    + Review entries processed through third party vendor Teoco and provide support to Network Cost team with regards to Teoco

    + Provide supporting documentation for audit requests

    + Cross functional team work on special projects such as system implementations, integrations, team member training on AP processes

    + Reconcile sub-ledger to the general ledger in order to resolve differences and determine disposition of discrepancies

    + Complete month/quarter end close tasks including account reconciliations, lead sheets and reporting

    + Perform analysis on aged payable accounts and review the detail to resolve the aged item/s

    + Ensure consistent application of AP policies across all subsidiaries

    What You Need:

    + Education:

    + Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or related field

    + Experience:

    + 3-5 years of previous experience in accounting, previous experience with multiple subsidiaries and currencies as well as NetSuite preferred.

    + Knowledge:

    + Intermediate Excel skills; analytical, detail-oriented and organizational skills

    + Skills:

    + Must be able to multitask on a day to day basis.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    + Data entry, analysis, problem solving, and reporting skills.
