Delaware North Sportservice is searching for reliable and customer-focused part-time Bag Check Ambassadors to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient bag check process for event attendees, contributing to a safe and enjoyable experience.

Pay

$17.00 - $17.00 / hour

What will you do?

+ Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service at the bag check area.

+ Process payments from guests for bag check services.

+ Inspect and securely store checked bags in designated areas.

+ Ensure compliance with arena security policies regarding bag restrictions.

+ Issue claim tickets and assist guests with retrieving their belongings after the event.

+ Maintain a clean and organized bag check office.

+ Collaborate with security personnel to address any concerns or prohibited items.

+ Handle guest inquiries and provide general event information.

+ Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with large crowds.

+ Log and distribute lost and found items.

+ All other duties assigned by management

More about you

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50lbs

+ Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude

+ Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus

+ Must be available to work an event-based schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The average shift will be between 4 and 8 hours, depending on the event and needs

Physical requirements

+ Ability to lift or carry 50 pounds

+ Ability to stand 100% of the time

+ Exposure to high volume noise
