You will report directly to our Sr. Director, IT and you’ll work out of our Mason, OH or Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will impact the organization by enhancing the functionality and performance of our Oracle ERP systems, enabling data-driven decision-making and improving operational efficiency. Your contributions will help streamline processes and support our strategic goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead the technical implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP modules, including reports, workflows, and forms, to meet business requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle ERP with other enterprise systems, utilizing Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Apex.

+ Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance system performance, including the use of Python for automation and AI initiatives.

YOU MUST HAVE

+ 5+ years of experience in IT analysis with a focus on Oracle ERP systems.

+ Strong technical knowledge of Oracle ERP modules, specifically in Supply Chain Management.

+ Experience with Oracle workflows, forms, reports, and Apex.

+ Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.

+ Experience with system integration and data migration processes related to Oracle ERP.

+ Familiarity with JavaServer Pages (JSP) for supporting ORACLE ERP frameworks.

WE VALUE

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

+ Experience in project management and leading ERP-related projects.

+ Experience in ORACLE Fusion cloud is a plus
