Job Title: Behavior Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our growing team in the Indianapolis and Westfield areas. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents with autism and other developmental needs. You’ll work in school-based settings, providing one-on-one support and implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Key Responsibilities:

+ Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

+ Collect and record data on client progress

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and clinical staff

+ Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent (required)

+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ABA clinic or school setting (required)

+ Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)

+ Ability to pass a background check

+ Reliable transportation
