    Amergis (Braintree, MA)


    Salary: $1909 / Week

     

    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Braintree, MA who is currently seeking an RN or LPN to assist at their two DDS group homes on a contractual basis.

    Details of the position include:

    Duration: 13 weeks to start with possibility of extension

     

    Setting: DDS

    Openings:

    + Flexible on days (option of 3-5 days)

    + Flexible with hours (option of 7a-3p, 8a-4p, 9a-5p)

    + Candidates must be willing to float to Stoughton once a week or once every other week

     

    Salary: $60/hr RN, $50/hr LPN

    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    - Perform comprehensive health assessments and ongoing monitoring of individuals with significant medical and developmental challenges.

     

    - Administer medications, and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols.

     

    - Develop and implement individualized health care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

     

    - Monitor for signs of distress, illness, or behavioral changes and respond appropriately.

     

    - Provide emergency care and coordinate with external medical providers when necessary.

     

    - Maintain detailed and confidential medical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

     

    - Participate in ISP meetings and contribute to person-centered planning.

     

    - Advocate for the medical needs and rights of individuals served.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    - Current RN or LPN license in the state of MA.

     

    - Minimum 1–2 years of experience working with individuals with severe developmental disabilities or in a similar setting.

     

    - Strong clinical judgment and ability to respond to medical emergencies.

     

    - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

     

    - CPR and First Aid certification required; additional training in behavioral support or crisis intervention preferred.
